  Really Disappointed. Had a puncture in a tyre and had the spare on which had done no more than 500kms in its life. Decided to buy 4 new tyres. Told the manager, technician and reception that the tyre in the boot needed to be replaced and wheel put back onto the car and the spare wheel taken off the car and put back in the boot. Just checked and the punctured tyre is still in the boot and my spare is gone......
